The 16 mm is the smallest of the Harken® pulleys. It is ideal for small adjustment tips in synthetic fibers on hi-tech dinghies. The patented bearing system uses captive stainless steel balls in a groove and provides a maximum working load of 113 kg (250 lbs). The 404 pulley has an O-ring to hold the end in the sheave between intermittent loads.
